Mother Earth Natural Health is an organic retail shop specializing in quality essential oils, CBD products, and organic vitamins, minerals, and supplements. With three locations in Royal Oak, Shelby Township, and New Haven, Mother Earth Natural Health’s mission is to provide Southeast Michigan with top-quality products in a clean and welcoming environment.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Mother Earth leadership has been focused on providing the safest work environment possible for employees. The administrative team quickly shifted to a remote strategy. A digital order pick-up system was implemented to minimize physical contact so employees feel safe and maximize communication so the team can easily stay connected and productive. Zero-contact order pick-up booths were built at each location. This innovative zero-contact system has allowed Mother Earth to maintain their regular hours and schedules throughout the Stay Home, Stay Safe executive order.
Leadership strategically schedules employees to have two consecutive days off so they can rest and be with their families.
“It was important to us to immediately implement changes in our office and retail locations in Royal Oak, New Haven, and Shelby Township,” explains Chief Operating Officer Arianna Welsh. “This business is our employees’ livelihood, and we want to make sure we provide consistency, financial security, and a positive and safe work environment.”
