Employees from the Detroit Regional Chamber spent an afternoon volunteering with NW Goldberg Cares, a non-profit group aimed toward improving the lives of residents by building a strong and family-friendly community. Volunteers gave the neighborhood vegetable garden a facelift by pulling weeds, watering the plants, and spreading woodchips around the garden boxes. After that, the crew visited Art Park to pull weeds, pick up trash, and prepare the space for landscaping.
