The Players Guild of Dearborn is a volunteer community theater program. For the past 93 years, members have orchestrated performances and shows for the Dearborn community.
The Players Guild has experienced significant financial devastation due to the COVID-19 crisis. Members no longer have a means of expressing their theatrical talents with the community, which is an important source of happiness in their lives.
To address this, Players Guild members began creating digital performances from their homes to share on the Players Guild YouTube channel so the community can watch at no cost.
Thanks to the great response on YouTube so far, these digital shows keep members involved in theatrical activities and enhances the organization’s brand.
Players Guild members look forward to sharing more entertainment with the community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
