Employee health and safety is one of the highest priorities for Community Choice Credit Union during COVID-19. Leadership is strictly adhering to all executive orders, health screening guidelines, and social distancing measures to help employees feel safe at their 22 member centers. In addition, each employee was provided a face mask to use during work.
Essential team members were also provided additional paid time off and an increased hourly rate.
Community Choice Credit Union’s strong employee-centered culture is visible in their team member photo blog, ongoing positivity initiatives, a fitness challenge to encourage physical activity, and a spring spirit week that kicked off May 1.
